The April October meetings are held at the Douglass Branch Library 504 E Grove St Champaign. Room A can hold 50 and contains the sink and refrigerator.

Friends Foundation Rooms

The library has several meeting rooms that are for FREE nonprofit and volunteer groups as long as the person reserving the room is a City of Champaign resident.

. The library provides two study rooms that accommodate up to 3 people. The Champaign County Library meeting room can be divided into two smaller meeting rooms. Reserve the room online that meets your groups needs.

The Board of Trustees of the Champaign County Library meets the second Tuesday of each month excluding August. Please see the meeting agenda for meeting details. Elevator to lower level Main Library.

All Board meetings are held in the library meeting room and are open to the public. You may schedule events 6 months in advance. Mon-Thu 10-8 Fri 10-6 Sat 10-4.

Wed Sat 12-3. Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 530 pm. If the rooms are not scheduled they may be used on a first come first served basis.

The entire meeting room will not be reserved unless the expected attendance at a function is 45 or greater. Comments by visitors or by the general public are welcome. Room B can hold 50 people.
